M2Mqtt 3.1.0

M2Mqtt is a MQTT client available for all .Net platform (.Net Framework, .Net Compact Framework and .Net Micro Framework) for M2M communication.

No packages depend on M2Mqtt.

Uniformed all classes to the GnatMQ broker (https://mqttbroker.codeplex.com/) to have same core;
MqttClient : exposed all main client properties after connection (clientId, clean session, will flag, will topic, will QoS and will message);
MqttMsgPublishEventArgs : added DupFlag property;
MqttCommunicationException : Added constructor for inner exception;
Improved QoS Level 2 management in MqttClient;
Added QueueExtension to get an element by predicate;
