Now allows setting a custom priority via
SetPriority(). Overrides the default priority which is 5 for background push and 10 for everything else.* Push type now must be explicitly provided and is required by ApplePush.ctor * `CreateContentAvailable()` and `CreateAlert()` are now obsolete. Use `AddContentAvailable()` and `AddAlert()` as they provide better control over which push type to use and also allow constructing a push with both content-available and alert.
